Dr Islam has extensive expertise in running primary care services. He began his career as a young GP Partner operating a highly successful GP surgery.
During the Covid pandemic, Dr Islam & his team assisted with NHS surgeries develop safe, robust, remote triage models.
He is an advisor for corporates providing consultancy on internalisation strategy. More recently, Dr Islam led the out of hours team to deliver the ‘hospital at home’ service in southwest London, in a new NHS innovative project providing hospital level care to patients in their own homes.
Dr Islam currently serves the NHS as a GP with a Specialist Interest in Cardiology. This involves providing care in the community to patients with heart failure, coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, and valvular heart disease.

Dr Peter Florida-James qualified from Bristol University and then trained as a GP in Banbury and Oxford, where he was involved in setting up one of the first cardiac rehabilitation exercise schemes in the country.
He undertook additional training in the field of Public Health and subsequently worked as a consultant in Health Promotion in Birmingham on the Healthy Birmingham 2000 project.
Later in his career, he returned to General Practice and further developed his interest in Sports Medicine, which lead to him joining the Queens Park Rangers FC in 2005.
Dr Peter Florida James served as a musculoskeletal doctor in the armed services MIAC clinics. Alongside this, he has been an attending doctor to the Cirque de Soleil troupe and supported a Premier League Hockey Club.
In recent years, Dr Peter-Florida James established a private practice serving visiting foreign aristocrats in the UK.

As a management consultant, Ian led cases in the areas of Strategy, Growth, Innovation and Performance Improvement, providing Board Level advice for clients such as Nestle, SAB Miller, ICI, BG Group, and Cadbury Schweppes amongst others.
As a Business Founder, Ian has built from scratch multi-million-pound brands with a portfolio of retail customers across the high street and online.
Ian is also a Business Adviser to SMEs and innovators, using his experience of brand building and strategic planning, to guide them on the road to success.

Dr Richard is dual qualified as both a Medical Doctor and Dental Surgeon. He first graduated in Medicine at St George’s University of London and then Dentistry at King’s College London.
His career has always been focused on an interest with the Head & Neck area, leading to many years of experience in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and ENT Surgery. He has transferred his knowledge and skills well into providing complete Facial Artistry, specifically through Aesthetics, Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Implant Surgery.
Dr Richard is fully trained in all levels of Facial Injectables and regularly teaches Masterclasses to other practitioners of Aesthetic Medicine across the UK & Internationally. His defining principle is always to combine artistic skills with a comfortingly calm manner, creating the best results and experience for his patients.

After working as a dental officer in the main military hospital in Lyon he joined a practice in surrey.
In 2003 -2004 he follows a university course of implantology and bio-materials in Paris.
He opened his own practice in 2005 in Windlesham.
He has a dental museum showing evolution of dentistry between 1840 to 1940 following his father legacy.

Of Franco-Swiss nationality, Dr Jean-Daniel PORTIGHEIS has benefited from a successful international career. He graduated as a dentist with honours from Université Libre de Bruxelles in 1995.
After working as a dental surgeon officer at the St. Wendel military base in Germany, he was accepted as a post-graduate student in the prosthetics and periodontology department at Erasmus Hospital in Brussels. Then he worked in London for two years, before being selected for the periodontology and implantology specialist programme at the dental schools of Nijmegen and Amsterdam. This three-year, full-time post-doctoral training course is accredited by the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP). After passing the theoretical and clinical examinations and publishing a research thesis on implantology, he obtained the title of ‘Master of Science’ in 2002.
Alongside this, Dr. Portigheis has also been officially recognised as a specialist by the UK’s prestigious General Dental Council (GDC).
In 2003, he was accepted as a research assistant in implantology at the School of Dental Medicine in Bern. Since then he has practised in the UK and Switzerland, and gives seminars on a regular basis.
